Guest Post Guidelines

We get many e-mails from people and companies wanting to know if we accept guest posts and if we do, what the guidelines are for these posts. The easiest way is to answer those questions here.

Yes, we do accept guest posts.
We publish on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Deadline for submission is 48 hours before.

What kind of content do you accept?
Anything that is useful for educators. It can be related to education or derived from your own personal experiences. There is no minimum length for your post, but most posts average about 350 words.

It is also a good idea to search our archives before submitting a guest post. If we have covered that topic in the past there are good chances we’ll reject your post (unless you offer new insights).

Guidelines
•    Your post must be original
•    You can include links and e-mail contact information

How do I submit my guest post?
If you have a post that meets the guidelines above, you can send it to Aurora at ameyer@msta.org. Please include the post in the body of the e-mail itself, or as a .doc attachment.

You’ll receive an e-mail on the status of your post.

Still have questions? Contact Aurora ameyer@msta.org.
